Drone Hour

At 10pm each night we will be ushering in an installment of our drone based environments to cool down the Church after the frantic wallop hop of the day. With plenty of musicians operating in this field forming part of the crew and other acts (Daniel W J Mackenzie / Ekca Liena, Eka Ekca, Orok, Plurals Occult Hand etc.), these hour long sessions will be put together as solo performances and impromptu collaborations in static or slowly unfolding sound. Something poetic may be proffered regarding these tones representing the gentle death rattle of a sun-drenched, decibel weary PA system, but whatever it is the sheer glut of metaphors in our descriptions are already making us faint. So we’ll leave this one to your imagination.
