Russian-born, London-based artist Kristina Salikova deals in melancholy, crepuscular violin-based serenades of intuition and abandon, somewhere between the shamanic tactics of Terry Riley, the drone tapestries of Tony Conrad and the cosmic Lovecraftian sorcery of Erich Zann. These hallucinatory vortexes are both mind-altering and life-affirming.
