The Bruce Lacey Experience
Part shaman, part robot maker, part satirist, part artist, part musician and all round self proclaimed ‘silly bugger’, this documentary created by Turner Prize winning artist Jeremy Deller and frequent collaborator Nick Abrahams attempts to capture the spirit of visionary artist Bruce Lacey – a wild man who worked with the Beatles and Spike Milligan, dabbled in performance art before such a thing existed, and created an early automaton named Rosa Bosom.
