These Glaswegian vortex-voyagers rather modestly describe themselves as ‘Scotland’s foremost Hawkwind tribute band. And no less mind’. Yet they’re failing to take into account that their galaxy-traversing kaleidoscope of blissful repetition, pupil-dilating freakout, trance-like groove and extra-terrestrial experimentation is equally adept at both igniting a moshpit and blasting off into the darkest reaches of the subconscious like a rocket bound for Alpha Centauri. Since their last appearance at Supernormal in 2012, these droogs have mounted triumph across triumph and won the support of almost every visionary waster in Europe, and we’re absolutely delighted to welcome their abundant elixir back to the park.
