FAQ

When do the festivities start and finish?

You can arrive from 10am on Friday, 8th August. The main stages will probably kick off mid-afternoon but there will be stuff to do all day so please come along early. Entertainment will tie up late on Sunday night, with the campsite closing at midday on Monday.

We strongly recommend you get Friday and Monday off work to get the most from Supernormal!

I’ve got problems with my tickets, who should I contact?

Drop an email to tech [at] supernormalfestival.co.uk

Are there cashpoints on site?

No cashpoints, but cashback will be available at the main bar.

Can I bring alcohol?

You can, but the festival absolutely relies on bar takings to survive so please give us your support. Also, DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS. If you want to bring spirits, or wine, please decant it into plastic bottles before you arrive.

Can we have fires or BBQs?

Unfortunately not. There will however be a big, communal bonfire around which you are welcome to gather until the wee hours.

What should I bring?

Usual festivally stuff. Tent, sleeping bag, cash, torch (so you can find the toilets at night!) etc.

Do you have showers?

Oh yes! Amazing, wood fueled open air showers no less. They’re ace.

Braziers Park is an eco-site so you may only use biodegradable soaps (like ecover) that won’t damage the local environment.

Can I bring any pets to Supernormal?

Alas, no. Unless it’s a guide dog, no pets will be allowed on site – sorry!

Do you have disabled access?

The main field has a designated an area for disabled camping nearby the main activities and next to a disabled access toilet. These spaces are limited so please inform us in advance by e-mail to secure a place and note any specific needs when booking. We can offer a free ticket for support/carer and also provide support to set up camp if required.

Although most areas are accessible, wheelchairs may need to be able to cope with grassy gentle slope as there are no paths as such, and some areas may be more difficult to access. The production tent can be used for a power point.
